Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a Personal Insurance Account Manager for our clients in Massachusetts. You will provide timely quotes, identify cross-selling opportunities, and deliver exceptional service for personal lines customers.

Ideal candidates have brokerage/agency experience with personal lines, manage client relationships, negotiate with carriers, and handle new and renewal submissions while coordinating with multiple insurers to secure favorable rates and coverage.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with personal lines coverages in a brokerage/agency setting.
• Experience maintaining client relationships.
• Negotiate with carrier underwriters on behalf of clients for best rates.
• Ability to handle new and renewal submission.
• Prior experience quoting, binding and issuing policies.
• Experience working with multiple carriers and rating systems.
• Overall account management.
• Proven customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to self-direct the completion of job duties.
• Must hold Property & Casualty License.
