• 1+ years of insurance customer service experience.
• NC Property & Casualty license is required, or must be obtained within six weeks of attending the pre-licensing program.
• Strong client service mindset with accuracy, organization and commitment to helping people.

• Manage policy service requests from intake through completion (binders, endorsements, changes, cancellations, premium follow up).
• Maintain timely, organized follow up and complete documentation of conversations and policy activity.
