Truliant Federal Credit Union is seeking an Account Manager I to support a group of personal insurance accounts, coordinating with clients, carriers, and Insurance Agents. You will handle policy service requests, document conversations, and pursue additional coverage opportunities.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and a strong commitment to serving both internal and external members with timely, high-quality insurance support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• NC Property & Casualty license required or exam within six weeks of pre-licensing program.

Responsibilities

• Manage policy service requests from intake through completion (binders, endorsements, changes).
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and agents with timely, organized updates.
• Identify coverage needs and refer to Insurance Agent for guidance and next steps.
• Maintain knowledge of rating products and agency processes; participate in training.
• Support projects that enhance the client experience and service quality.
