As an Account Manager I, you'll help clients manage their personal insurance policies, resolve service needs, and receive professional, timely support throughout the life of their coverage.

In this role, you'll support a designated group of personal insurance accounts while partnering with clients, carriers, and Insurance Agents. You'll balance responsive service, policy updates, careful documentation, organized follow up, and opportunities to connect clients with additional coverage support.
Beyond that, your work will include maintaining current knowledge of rating products and agency processes, participating in training and development, and assisting with projects that strengthen the overall client experience.
We're looking for someone who combines strong client service with accuracy, organization, and a genuine commitment to helping people. This role is a great fit if you communicate clearly, follow through on details, manage competing priorities, and stay focused on delivering timely, high quality insurance support.
