• Excellent organization and time-management to manage multiple accounts and maintain documentation.
• Proficiency with insurance agency management systems and common office software (CRM, MS Office).
• Attention to detail and analytical skills for reviewing policies and identifying coverage gaps.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal lines accounts from quoting and binding to renewals and reviews.
• Handle daily client communications and respond to coverage inquiries.
