Job summary

Truliant Federal Credit Union seeks an Account Manager I for personal insurance accounts. You will service policy updates, cancellations, and premium follow ups, while communicating clearly with clients and carriers. You’ll identify coverage needs and coordinate with Insurance Agents for next steps.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and timely follow up, with opportunities to grow knowledge in insurance rating processes and agency procedures. A NC license is required.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication with clients, carriers, and internal partners.
• Strong organization, detail orientation, and time management to track items and meet deadlines.
• Experience documenting client conversations and policy activity, and following E&O guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage policy service requests from intake through completion, including binders, endorsements, changes, cancellations, and premium follow up.
• Keep all parties informed through timely correspondence and complete documentation of conversations and activity.
• Identify potential coverage needs and connect clients with an Insurance Agent for next steps.
• Maintain knowledge of rating products and agency processes and participate in training.
