Job summary

A license in Property & Casualty is required or obtained within 30 days, with an associate degree or equivalent experience.

You will navigate multiple systems, uphold SOX and PCI standards, and work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality service to clients nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Licensed Property & Casualty insurance agent or willing to obtain license within 30 days.
• Experience in personal lines operations, agency, underwriting or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients on insurance needs and coverage options.
• Identify gaps in coverage and discuss recommendations to adjust policies.
• Navigate multiple systems to research, analyze, and resolve inquiries and changes.
• Understand Chubb product lines and how they benefit clients.
• Collaborate effectively in a team while maintaining service standards.
• Follow corporate policies, SOX, PCI, and internal processes.
