Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required or provided during training.
• Associate degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Personal lines operations, agency, underwriting and/or marketing experience.
• Ability to drive results and innovate in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent client service skills, including oral and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently or in a team, and handle multiple priorities within strict time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients & agents on insurance needs.
• Identify gaps in coverage and make recommendations to address them.
• Research, analyze and resolve client inquiries and policy changes across systems.
• Work effectively in a team setting using professional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Maintain performance and quality standards.
• Know and comply with corporate policies and regulatory standards (SOX), PCI processes.
• Complete assigned work and other duties as assigned.
• Must be willing to work a M-F shift during hours of operation between 8am EST and 8pm EST and occasional ½ day on a Saturday.
