Jobot is seeking a Personal Injury attorney in Raleigh, NC, to join a well-established PI firm. The role focuses on litigation and trials, with a salary range of $130,000 to $200,000 per year, and requires handling cases from filing to trial while working in-office five days a week.

Ideal candidates will be members of the NC bar, hold a JD from an accredited law school, and have at least 3 years of PI experience. The firm offers strong support staff and substantial compensation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of PI experience.
• Must be a member of the local state bar.
• Willing to work at volume in a volume-focused firm.
• Open to trying cases.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation files through progression toward settlement or trials.
• Explain the process to clients.
• Draft documents including motions, pleadings, discovery, etc.
• Guide clients through the entire case.
• Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, etc.
