Qualifications

• 5+ years personal injury litigation paralegal experience.
• Must reside within driving distance of Raleigh NC.
• Able to attend trials, including some overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building litigation cases by gathering evidence, reviewing records, and communicating with clients.
• Liaise with experts, schedule depositions and mediations, and prepare for trials.
• Attend trials and support attorneys throughout the case lifecycle.
