Jobot, a well established PI firm, seeks an attorney to lead litigation and trial work in a fully on-site Georgia office. The role emphasizes handling cases from filings through settlement or trial, with significant client communication and document drafting responsibilities.

We offer a stable environment with strong support staff, volume caseloads, and clear advancement. Compensation ranges from $130,000 to $200,000 per year, with elevation based on performance and tenure.

Formación

• Must be a member of the local state bar.
• Must have a degree from an accredited law school.
• At least 3 years of PI experience.
• Willing to work at volume in a busy PI practice.
• Open to trying cases.

Responsabilidades

• Handle litigation files through progression toward settlement or trials.
• Explain the process to clients and manage expectations.
• Draft all documents including motions and pleadings.
• Guide clients through the entire case.
• Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, etc.
