Qualifications

• At least 3 years of PI experience.
• Willingness to handle high-volume caseloads and to try cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation files from start to settlement or trial.
• Explain the legal process clearly to clients.
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and related documents.
• Guide clients through the entire case lifecycle.
• Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
