Jobot is seeking a Personal Injury attorney for a well established PI firm in Atlanta, GA. This on-site role focuses on litigation and trials, with the firm handling a high case volume and providing strong support.

The attorney will manage litigation files toward settlements or trials, ensure clients understand the process, draft all pleadings and motions, and participate in depositions, mediations, and hearings. Candidates must have a J.D. and GA bar admission.

Qualifications

• Must be a member of the local state bar.
• Must have a degree from an accredited law school.
• At least 3 years of PI experience.
• Willing to work at volume in a high-volume firm.
• Open to trying cases.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation files through progression toward settlement or trials.
• Explain the process to clients.
• Draft all documents, including motions, pleadings, discovery.
• Guide clients through the entire case.
• Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, etc.
