Jobot is seeking a seasoned Personal Injury attorney for a well-established PI firm in Milton, GA. This is an in-office, 5-days-a-week role focused on litigation and trials, with a pathway to significant earnings.

You will manage litigation files through settlement or trial, explain the process to clients, draft motions and pleadings, and represent clients at depositions, mediations, and hearings. Requirements include GA bar admission and a JD from an accredited law school, with at least 3 years

Qualifications

• Must hold a GA bar license.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 3 years of personal injury experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation files through progression toward settlement or trials.
• Explain the litigation process clearly to clients.
• Draft all documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery.
• Guide clients through the entire case.
• Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, and hearings.
