Jobot is seeking a Personal Injury attorney for a well-established PI firm in Los Angeles. This on-site role focuses on litigation, trials, and client guidance with a stable, growth-oriented environment.

Requirements include bar admission in the local state, a JD from an accredited law school, and at least 3 years of PI experience. Volume practice and willingness to try cases are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a member of the local state bar.
• Must have a degree from an accredited law school.
• At least 3 years of PI experience.
• Willing to work at volume, we are a volume firm.
• Open to trying cases.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation files as they progress toward settlement or trials.
• Explain the process to clients and keep them informed.
• Draft all documents, including motions, pleadings, discovery, etc.
• Guide clients through the entire case.
• Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, etc.
