Jobot is seeking a Personal Injury attorney for a well-established PI firm in Pittsburgh. The role focuses on litigation and trials, with a salary range of $130,000 to $200,000 per year.

This is an all on-site, five-days-per-week position. You will handle litigation files, explain processes to clients, draft motions and pleadings, guide clients through cases, and attend depositions, mediations, and hearings.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a member of the local state bar.
• Must have a degree from an accredited law school.
• At least 3 years of PI experience.
• Willing to work at volume in a high-volume firm.
• Open to trying cases.

Aufgaben

• Handle litigation files through progression towards settlement or trials.
• Explain the process to clients.
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and other documents.
• Guide clients through the entire case.
• Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, etc.
