Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a Personal Injury attorney for our Monmouth area offices. You will handle pre-litigation work, guide clients through their case lifecycle, and oversee a team of Case Managers in Premises Liability matters across New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active NJ Bar in good standing.
• 1+ year of personal injury or premises liability experience.
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-litigation cases.
• Ability to manage multiple Case Managers.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work.
• Complete the Flip-to-Litigation approval for viable cases.
• Guide clients through the lifecycle of their case.
• Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents.
• Complete turndown approval for viability issues.
• Oversee formation of demand packages & settlement negotiations.
• Manage the release approval process.
• Manage a team of multiple Case Managers.
• Focus on Premises Liability cases throughout the state of New Jersey.
• Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team.
• Handling Examinations Under Oath, Recorded Statements and other pre-litigation duties as required.
• Regular reporting to Premises Pre-Suit Operations Manager.

Salary Range

$100,000—$125,000 USD
