Job summary

Morgan & Morgan in Philadelphia seeks a Pre-Suit focused Attorney to join our team. You will handle day-to-day pre-litigation work, guide clients through the case process, and draft and file pre-litigation documents.

You will oversee settlement negotiations, manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers, and focus on personal injury matters, primarily automotive, driving KPIs and ensuring efficient case progression.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active PA State Bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum 2+ years of premises or personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high-volume pre-litigation caseload.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and self-motivation.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete TD approval for liability issues.
