Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a Personal Injury attorney in our Monmouth area offices. You will handle pre-litigation tasks, guide clients, file documents, and oversee a team of Case Managers, focusing on Premises Liability across New Jersey.

Requirements include a law degree, NJ Bar admission, and 1+ year of personal injury or premises liability experience, with strong writing and oral advocacy skills. Competitive benefits offered for full-time employees.

Responsabilidades

• Handling of Examinations Under Oath, Recorded Statements and other pre-litigation duties as required.
• Regular reporting to Premises Pre-Suit Operations Manager.

Salary Range

$100,000 - $125,000 USD
