Plaintiff Side Personal Injury Firm Seeks Talented Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney

Salary: $90,000 - $150,000 per year

A growing plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Baltimore is adding a Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to its team. This is an opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working directly with injured clients and wants to own their own docket from initial treatment through settlement. This is a pre-litigation position, not a trial-focused role. Candidates must have experience independently carrying their own files and be comfortable managing a high-volume docket with significant direct client contact.

Job Details

• Maryland Bar admission in good standing
• At least 18 months of substantive pre-litigation or claims-side personal injury experience
• Demonstrated experience independently carrying and managing your own files
• Experience handling auto and auto-adjacent personal injury claims
• Additional experience with premises liability and/or dog bite matters is a plus
• Strong understanding of PIP, MedPay, UM/UIM, and policy limits demands
• Comfortable negotiating directly with insurance adjusters
• Strong client communication and case evaluation skills
• Comfortable working in a high-volume environment
• Experience with AI drafting tools or willingness to learn
