We are seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney with plaintiff personal injury experience to join our prestigious legal firm in San Antonio.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of relevant experience and be fluent in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing a large caseload of pre-litigation cases.
• Analyzing and organizing case files, and conducting legal research to support case preparation.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and agreements.
• Providing expert legal advice to clients on pre-litigation matters.
• Collaborating with our team of attorneys and paralegals to develop effective legal strategies.
• Representing clients in pre-litigation negotiations and mediations.
• Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations that affect pre-litiction practices.
• Maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in all dealings.

Qualifications
