Job summary

Fuicelli & Lee, P.C. in Denver seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our trial team onsite. The role focuses on case management, drafting pleadings, performing legal research, interviewing clients and witnesses, and assisting with trial preparation.

Qualifications

• Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal certificate program (associate degree, proprietary school program, or bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies).
• 2–4 years of litigation experience in legal services under attorney supervision, preferably in personal injury law.
• Demonstrated excellence in case management, drafting, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities

• Meet with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or projects.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and interrogatories; file motions and pleadings in accordance with court procedures.
• Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, legal articles, and judicial decisions; provide written summaries and analysis to attorneys.
• Interview clients and witnesses; prepare detailed summaries of their statements.
• Prepare, organize, store, and retrieve case files, including evidence, exhibits, depositions, and pleadings.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing witness files, and attending trials and hearings.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files for easy access to critical information.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
