Job summary

The Law Offices Of Kanner And Pintaluga in Denver, CO seeks a Litigation Paralegal to work directly with our attorneys on ongoing cases and trial preparation. You will conduct fact-finding, maintain case files, and support trial readiness.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of litigation experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and e-filing. This full-time role offers a standard M-F schedule and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience
• Trial experience preferred
• Experience e-filing in state and federal courts preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management

Responsibilities

• Perform secretarial, clerical, and data entry duties
• Maintain attorney calendars
• Schedule depositions, pre-depositions, meetings, meditations, hearings
• Document management using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe
• E-file legal documents in Colorado’s E-Portal System
• Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, trials, and conferences
• Draft legal court documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and subpoenas
• Send out correspondence to parties/non-parties via email, regular mail, or certified mail
• Communicate with clients
• Set up Court Calls or Zoom for hearings
• Perform other related duties as assigned
