Job summary

Leventhal Swan Taylor Temming PC in Denver, CO seeks an experienced litigation paralegal to support personal injury and medical malpractice matters from pre-litigation through trial and appeal. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple high-priority cases with attorneys and clients.

Responsibilities include managing cases, calendars, discovery, drafting pleadings, coordinating filings, and preparing trial materials.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and deadlines.
  • Experience with state and federal court filings.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Maintain case calendars and track critical deadlines.
  • Organize and maintain electronic case file.
  • Coordinate service of process and court filings.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence.
  • Prepare discovery requests and responses.
  • Draft subpoenas and coordinate records collection.
  • Assist with cite checking or citation verification.
  • Manage document production and review.
  • Summarize medical records, depositions, and case documents.
  • Coordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
  • Maintain document databases and exhibit lists.
  • Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and witness materials.
  • Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
  • Assist attorneys during trial proceedings.
  • Prepare settlement documentation and closing materials.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Litigation Paralegal to join our growing litigation team. This role supports attorneys handling personal injury and medical malpractice matters from pre-litigation through litigation, including trial, post-trial/appeal, and resolution.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple high-priority cases in a fast-paced environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned litigation paralegal who enjoys taking ownership of their cases, working collaboratively with attorneys and clients, and contributing to exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cases from pre-litigation through litigation and resolution
  • Maintain case calendars and track critical deadlines
  • Organize and maintain electronic case file
  • Coordinate service of process and court filings
Drafting & Legal Support
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
  • Prepare discovery requests and responses

Discovery & Document Management
