The role includes docketing with LawToolBox, managing deadlines, assisting with discovery, and providing in-person support for depositions and trials. Proficiency in Relativity, Eclipse, NetDocuments, Westlaw, and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Significant litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment.
• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Knowledge of state and federal court rules, procedures, and filing requirements.
