Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of paralegal experience in complex civil litigation.
• Strong experience supporting federal and state court litigation.
• Deep knowledge of Colorado court rules, procedures, and filing requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Outstanding technology aptitude and literacy.
• Experience with legal research tools, eDiscovery platforms, and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Case & Litigation Support.
• Draft, file, and manage pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state court rules and procedures.
• Perform cite-checking, fact verification, and proofreading of legal documents.
• Case Management & Organization: maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines.
• Track document productions and manage exchanges with opposing counsel and expert witnesses.
• Organize and manage complex case records.
• Trial & Deposition Support: prepare exhibits and evidence for depositions and trial.
• Support attorneys during trial, including onsite coordination.
• Collaboration & Communication: coordinate with clients, experts, witnesses, and court personnel; assist with case strategy using online resources (PACER, state court dockets, search engines, LexisNexis, etc.).
