Avrek Law in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Litigation Attorney licensed in Arizona and preferably Texas to handle a significant personal injury caseload. The role focuses on representing injured clients, negotiating settlements, and guiding complex cases to resolution.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of personal injury experience, strong research and communication skills, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team. A competitive salary and benefits package are offered.

Formación

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Arizona and in good standing with AZ Bar.
• Admitted to practice in Texas is highly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of personal injury experience.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

We are a growing Personal Injury Law Firm in Phoenix and are seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our team! The ideal candidate is licensed in Arizona and Texas, self-motivated who thrives in an independent work environment and can handle a significant caseload.

As a Personal Injury Attorney, your main focus will be using your expertise in personal injury and insurance law to advocate for injured individuals and assist them in seeking compensation. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with ample opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all facets of personal injury caseload, including communicating with clients, supervising cases, and engaging in settlement negotiations.
• Give legal counsel to plaintiffs in personal injury lawsuits, safeguarding their rights and chasing reasonable reimbursement for physical injury, medical bills, and other related losses.
• Assemble and scrutinize a variety of legal documents, such as petitions, motions, responses to discovery requests, settlement contracts, and any other correspondence related to the case.
• Facilitate resolution discussions with other parties, insurance providers, and defense lawyers.
• Cooperate with a team of attorneys and support staff to ensure clients are given the best results possible.

Qualifications:

• Possess a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Arizona and in good standing with AZ Bar Association.
• Admitted to practice law in Texas is highly preferred.
• Minimum 3-year of prior experience in personal injury (pay depends on experience).
• In-depth understanding of personal injury laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
• Demonstrated success in personal injury cases, including significant settlements and verdicts.
• Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player who can work effectively with colleagues and staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle a large caseload.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
