Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Experience handling motor vehicle accident and PIP cases is highly valued.
• Ability to effectively manage a high-volume caseload.
• Strong writing, advocacy, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent client communication and relationship management abilities.
• Trial experience or a strong interest in growing courtroom skills is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial
• Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and court appearances
• Evaluate liability, damages, and overall case strategy
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide exceptional client service
• Prepare cases for trial and assist with courtroom proceedings as needed
