Note

Candidates must be actively licensed to practice law in Arizona with at least 1 year of litigation experience. Personal injury experience is a strong plus but not required.

Job Description

As a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney, you will manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution — including some of the most impactful cases our clients will ever face. Day to day, you will:

• Manage litigation cases end to end, from initial client engagement and contract execution through pleadings, discovery, motions, and final resolution
• Investigate claims, analyze liability and damages, and build compelling litigation strategies
• Draft and file legal documents including complaints, answers, motions, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and trial briefs
• Conduct and respond to discovery, take and defend depositions, and prepare expert witnesses
• Represent clients persuasively at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Review and organize medical records and supporting documentation to strengthen case arguments
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, expert witnesses, and other stakeholders
• Stay current on relevant case law, statutes, and procedural rules through ongoing legal research

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required
• Active Arizona Bar admission required
• 1+ years of litigation experience
• Solid understanding of tort law and civil litigation procedures
• Experience drafting motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
• Strong analytical, research, and written communication skills
• Persuasive negotiator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a paperless, case‑management system environment
• Personal injury experience preferred
