Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from filing through settlement or trial.
• Evaluate liability, damages, insurance coverage, claims, and case value.
• Develop and execute litigation and trial strategies.
• Draft and argue pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions of clients, witnesses, and experts.
• Negotiate with insurers and opposing counsel.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout their cases.

Job Description

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from filing through settlement or trial.
• Evaluate liability, damages, insurance coverage, claims, and case value.
• Develop and execute effective litigation and trial strategies.
• Draft and argue pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions involving clients, witnesses, medical providers, and experts.
• Analyze medical records, accident reports, expert opinions, and other evidence.
• Negotiate with insurance carriers, defense counsel, and opposing parties.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences, and trials.
• Prepare witnesses, exhibits, experts, and case materials for trial.Maintain proactive, compassionate communication with clients throughout their cases.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, investigators, and medical experts.
• Manage deadlines and ensure cases are handled strategically, professionally, and ethically.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Bar license and good standing.
• 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong civil litigation and courtroom experience.
• Experience with depositions, hearings, mediations, negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Strong knowledge of liability, damages, insurance coverage, civil procedure, and evidence.
• Excellent legal writing, research, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex cases and deadlines.
• Client‑focused approach with sound professional judgment.
• First‑chair jury trial experience preferred.
