We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney to take a leadership role in the evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of plaintiff personal injury matters. This attorney will manage a significant caseload while providing strategic direction to the pre-litigation team and helping maximize outcomes for clients.

This is a highly collaborative leadership position responsible for providing day-to-day guidance to case managers and support staff. You will serve as a go-to resource on case strategy, liability, damages, insurance issues, negotiation tactics, and complex legal questions.

• Hold team members accountable for timely case progression, responsiveness, and quality standards.
• Assist with training, mentoring, and development of pre-litigation staff.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and client service throughout the representation.
