Hensley Legal Group in Indiana is seeking a litigation attorney who will own personal injury caseloads from filing through resolution or trial. You will work directly with clients and have paralegal support to focus on strategy and advocacy.

At Hensley Legal Group, our attorneys take ownership of their own personal injury caseloads, work directly with clients, and have the support and resources needed to take cases from filing through resolution—and to trial when that's what the case demands.
You own your cases. You'll serve as the lead attorney on your own personal injury litigation caseload from filing through resolution or trial.
You have support. You'll work alongside a dedicated paralegal so you can focus on strategy, advocacy, and your clients.
You get courtroom experience. We believe trials matter. You'll have opportunities to handle depositions, mediations, settlement negotiations, motions, discovery, trial preparation, and courtroom advocacy.
Your work matters. You'll represent people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives and advocate for outcomes that can genuinely change their futures.
Full-time. Attorneys should expect a minimum 40-hour workweek, with additional time as needed to meet client and case demands.
