Job summary

Hensley Legal Group is seeking a litigation attorney who wants to try cases—not just prepare for settlements. You will own a personal injury caseload from filing through resolution, with direct client contact and robust support to take cases to trial when needed.

You will have opportunities for depositions, mediations, negotiations, motions, discovery, and courtroom advocacy, shaping outcomes for clients during challenging times.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana law license or readiness to obtain.
• Experience handling personal injury or civil litigation preferred.
• Ability to manage cases from filing to resolution or trial.

Responsibilities

• Own your personal injury litigation caseload from filing through resolution or trial.
• Develop case strategy and evaluate liability, damages, and case value.
• Directly communicate with clients to guide them through litigation.
• Handle discovery, motions, pleadings, and other litigation tasks.
• Take and defend depositions; work with experts to develop evidence.
• Attend mediations and negotiate settlements; prepare for trial.
