Sitter Studio in Salem, MA is seeking a litigation associate attorney with 3+ years of Civil Litigation experience in personal injury. The role offers hands-on courtroom experience, a large caseload, and a defined path to high earning potential via an aggressive bonus structure.

The attorney will manage case strategy, draft pleadings, conduct depositions, and communicate with clients throughout the litigation lifecycle, including court appearances and trial preparations.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 3 years civil litigation or trial experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork.
• Analytical and research capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Case management of a busy personal injury civil litigation caseload.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and manage discovery.
• Conduct depositions and legal research.
• Provide client consultations and maintain client communication.
• Represent clients in court appearances and hearings.
• Prepare cases for trial and lead in court when appropriate.
