Job summary

Staffing Studio in Salem, MA seeks a Litigation Paralegal / Personal Injury Paralegal for a full-time role. You will manage case files from intake to resolution, draft pleadings, and coordinate with clients, insurers, and medical providers.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years in personal injury or civil litigation, is proficient with Smart Advocate, and holds a Notary Public commission or is willing to obtain one. Bilingual skills are a strong plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1–3+ years in personal injury law or civil litigation.
• Experience with case management software, preferably Smart Advocate.
• Notary Public commission active or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation and personal injury case files from start to finish.
• Draft, proofread, and file legal documents and pleadings.
• Communicate professionally with clients, insurers, and medical providers.
• Organize medical records and billing charts.
• Maintain accurate records and deadlines in case management software.
• Answer client inquiries and perform general administrative tasks.
• Notary Public for document execution.
