Morgan & Morgan in Washington, DC seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team. You will work closely with our Trial Attorneys, providing support before, during and after trials. This is an opportunity to learn and develop litigation skills alongside world-class trial attorneys.

You will learn and execute the playbook, becoming a polished and well-rounded litigator. Join a leading personal injury firm dedicated to protecting the people.

Formación

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active DC State Bar status in good standing.
• 1+ years of litigation experience (PI preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in Personal Injury Law.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal support to clients and trial assist attorneys.
• Maintain client relationships.
• Help prepare demands and work with cases pre-suit.
• Prepare legal reports and documents.
• Interact with expert witnesses, draft reports and affidavits.
• Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
• Work closely with Litigation Paralegals and Case Managers.
