Morgan & Morgan, P.A. in Washington, DC seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to support our Trial Attorneys and help develop litigation skills across cases. This role offers exposure to pre-trial and trial work and opportunities to grow into a polished litigator.

You will learn and execute the playbook, working closely with talented attorneys and staff, and contribute to client-centered, high-stakes litigation strategies.

Qualifikationen

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active DC State Bar Association member in good standing.
• 1+ years of litigation experience (PI preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in Personal Injury Law.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide legal support to clients and trial assist attorneys.
• Maintain client relationships.
• Help prepare demands and work with cases pre-suit.
• Prepare legal reports and documents.
• Interact with expert witnesses for conferences, reports and affidavits.
• Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings and court appearances.
• Work closely with Litigation Paralegals and Case Managers.
