Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. in Los Angeles seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to support trial teams and develop litigation skills alongside top trial attorneys. You will learn the playbook and become a polished litigator as part of a mission-driven firm focused on consumer rights.

You will handle filings, assist with depositions, prepare reports, and collaborate with paralegals and case managers to drive favorable outcomes. This is a full-time role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active CA State Bar in good standing.
• 1+ years of litigation experience (PI preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in Personal Injury Law.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to clients and trial assist attorneys.
• Maintain client relationships.
• Handling files from complaint to resolution.
• Prepare legal reports and documents.
• Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits.
• Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
• Work closely with Litigation Paralegals and Case Managers.
