Job summary

Morgan & Morgan in Los Angeles seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join our trial team, supporting attorneys before, during, and after trials. You will learn the playbook and develop litigation skills alongside world-class litigators.

As an associate, you will handle casework from intake to resolution, maintain client relationships, and contribute to high-stakes personal injury litigation while advancing your long-term legal career with a leading consumer rights firm.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active CA State Bar membership in good standing.
• At least 1 year of litigation experience, personal injury preferred.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills; strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to trial attorneys and clients.
• Maintain client relationships.
• Handle files from complaint to resolution.
• Prepare legal reports and documents.
• Coordinate with expert witnesses for conferences, reports, and affidavits.
• Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
• Collaborate with litigation paralegals and case managers.
