Job summary

Morgan & Morgan in Naples seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join our trial team. You will support trial attorneys before, during and after proceedings, learning our playbook and developing into a polished litigator.

You will manage client relationships, handle files from complaint to resolution, and collaborate with paralegals and case managers. A Florida law degree and active Bar are required, with PI litigation experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active FL State Bar license in good standing.
• 1+ years of Litigation experience (PI preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in Personal Injury Law.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to clients and trial assist attorneys
• Maintain client relationships
• Handling files from complaint to resolution
• Prepare legal reports and documents
• Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits
• Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
• Work closely with Litigation Paralegals and Case Managers
