Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney in Naples. You will work closely with our Trial Attorneys, providing support before, during and after trials to help deliver client-centered outcomes.

Requirements include a law degree, an active Florida Bar in good standing, and 1+ years of litigation experience (PI preferred). Strong writing and communication skills are essential. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association.
• 1+ years of Litigation experience (PI preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in Personal Injury Law.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to clients and trial assist attorneys
• Maintain client relationships
• Handling files from complaint to resolution
• Prepare legal reports and documents
• Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits
• Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
• Work closely with Litigation Paralegals and Case Managers
