Morgan & Morgan in Naples seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join our trial team. You will support trial attorneys before, during and after proceedings, learning our playbook and developing into a polished litigator.

You will manage client relationships, handle files from complaint to resolution, and collaborate with paralegals and case managers. A Florida law degree and active Bar are required, with PI litigation experience preferred.

• 1+ years of Litigation experience (PI preferred).

Summary

We are seeking an experienced, detail-orientedAssociate Attorney to join ourteam in Naples. As an associate you will work closely with our talented Trial Attorneys, providing support before, during and after trials. This is an opportunity to learn and develop litigation skills alongside world-class trial attorneys. You will learn and execute the playbook, becoming a polished and well-rounded litigator.
