Qualifications

• Proven experience in legal support roles, paralegal work, or law office administration within personal injury law or related fields.
• Familiarity with LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Strong understanding of procedural law and case management systems such as PCLaw or iManage.
• Excellent interviewing and information-gathering skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, conducting thorough interviews to gather essential case information.
• Evaluate initial case details against firm criteria for personal injury claims.
• Manage inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism.
• Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to facilitate timely intake and document collection.
• Maintain accurate records in case management and legal software.
• Conduct preliminary research to assist in assessing case potential.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive client information and data protection.
• Support scheduling consultations and preparing intake questionnaires.
• Collaborate to improve intake procedures and client experience.
• Assist onboarding for new clients with information about procedures and next steps.
