• Gather and review medical records, accident reports, and other documentation.
• Maintain detailed case files using PCLaw and iManage.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather information.
• Collaborate with medical providers, adjusters, and opposing counsel for settlements or trial prep.
• Conduct legal research on procedural law and civil litigation relevant statutes.
• Draft pleadings, correspondence, settlements, and reports with precision.
• Manage deadlines for filings and court appearances.
