Job summary

Law Offices of Julian Sanders seeks a Personal Injury Intake Specialist to manage client intake and case evaluation from first contact through documentation.

You will serve as the front-line liaison, conduct initial interviews, assess case viability, and coordinate with clients, medical providers, and attorneys. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Litify is preferred; strong communication and discretion are essential.

• 1 year of experience in personal injury law and legal procedures.

• Proven experience in client-facing roles, customer service, or sales.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills on the phone, in person and email.

Responsibilities

• Send required documentation to client for signatures and actively follow up until documentation is signed and returned.
• Refer the client for treatment, obtain accident reports and additional pertinent information.

The position has two shift options which requires availability Mon-Fri 12:00pm to 9:00pm in addition to rotational weekends and holidays or Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm in addition to rotational weekends and holidays.
