Job summary

Impact BPO is seeking a detail-oriented Case Manager Assistant to join our onsite team, supporting Case Managers from intake through settlement in personal injury matters. You will help ensure smooth case progression and maintain clear client communication.

Responsibilities include handling day-to-day tasks, maintaining files, organizing medical records, and coordinating with clients, providers, and insurers. Proficiency in case management software and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Personal Injury law is required.
• Experience as Case Manager Assistant or similar legal support role.
• Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Case Managers with day-to-day case handling tasks.
• Maintain and update case files in the case management system.
• Collect and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation.
• Follow up with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies.
• Draft correspondence and prepare legal documents as requested.
• Schedule appointments, depositions, and meetings.
• Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Provide status updates to clients when needed.
• Support pre-litigation processes and settlement documentation.
