Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Case Manager to join our legal support team. This vital role involves managing personal injury cases from inception through resolution, ensuring efficient case progression, accurate documentation, and effective communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies. Duties

• Coordinate all aspects of personal injury cases, including initial client intake, case evaluation, and ongoing case management.

• Conduct legal research on procedural law, civil litigation support, and relevant statutes to inform case strategies.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, correspondence, settlement agreements, and reports with precision and clarity.
• Manage deadlines for filings and court appearances in compliance with procedural law requirements.
• Utilize research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to gather pertinent case law and legal precedents.

• Assist with billing processes using legal support software like PCLaw while ensuring accuracy in timekeeping and expense tracking.
