Block LLP in Burbank, CA is seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager Assistant to support our pre-litigation team. You will help move cases efficiently from intake to settlement, coordinate medical records, and communicate with clients and providers.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a California personal injury law firm or legal support role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Support Case Managers with pre-litigation personal injury matters.
• Open and maintain insurance claims under supervision.
• Coordinate medical records, billing, and supporting documents.
• Maintain organized files and correspondence.
• Track treatment status and deadlines.
• Assist with demand package preparation.
