You will collaborate with attorneys, adjusters, and providers to move cases toward favorable outcomes while maintaining meticulous case documentation and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Personal Injury Case Management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout their case.
• Coordinate medical treatment and appointments with healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files; track milestones toward resolution.
• Collaborate with attorneys, negotiators, and support staff; document case information in the system.
