Job summary

Law Offices of Michael Clark is seeking a legal case manager to join our team of attorneys and help achieve clients’ goals. The ideal candidate has experience in case management as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably in a personal injury firm, and excels at managing case files and communicating with clients and insurance adjusters.

• Experience in case management as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably in a personal injury firm.
• Ability to manage case files and communicate with clients and insurance adjusters.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large caseload of pre-litigation files from onboarding through demand letter, negotiations, and settlement.
• Update clients, insurance companies, and others on case status per firm policies.
• Assist attorneys with pre-litigation case management, liability investigation, medical records, billing, and negotiations.
• Support litigation by ensuring case information is organized for potential litigation if case does not settle.
